What Are Heading Titles?

• The "heading titles" (aka "super titles"), are the literal titles that are at the top (head) of each page on your site. Large titles at the top of pages are normally referred to as the H1 Title, or the Heading Title 1 (for example, the H1 title on this page is "Titles").

• Heading titles can range from H1 all the way to H7, depending on the web design platform you're using. H2-H7 titles would be used for any other smaller sized titles that may be on a web page. Setting proper titles will give your site the optimal chance of being picked up by crawling search engines.
